If you are planning to travel outside of the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world. Please contact us to confirm your specific needs. For the prevention and treatment of altitude sickness and to reduce the symptoms of gastrointestinal tract infections that lead to diarrhoea, the pharmacist can prescribe the following medications based on your needs and destination: Acetazolamide 250mg, Buccastem 8mg, Cyclizine 50mg, Metoclopramide 10mg, and Rifaximin 220mg for those aged 18 and older. Prices for medicines are not included in the consultation fee. Please ask the pharmacist for more details on prescription prices.
